O'Neill Vintners is the seventh largest company in California leading the premium bulk wine industry and was founded in 2004 by Jeff O'Neill. Jeff O'Neill is the former CEO of Golden State Vintners, which was also named "Person of The Year" by Wine Enthusiast magazine in 2022. One of the fastest growing wineries in California, he has earned a reputation as one of the industry's top premium wine and spirits producers.
Creamery uses only the finest California grapes from Sacramento, Clarksburg, Monterey, Arroyo Seco, and other regions, sourcing from multiple vineyard regions to create a harmonious blend.
Winemakers include Mark Rasmussen, senior winemaker for parent company O'Neill Vintners with over 35 years of winemaking experience, and young Steve Rasmussen, who is dedicated to creating distinctive wines from the finest appellations and fruit, and is responsible for introducing the latest technology and research and development throughout the winery. The winery is led by two winemakers, a veteran and a young man, Steven DeCosta, who oversees the latest technology and research and development throughout the winery.
