Drama is produced from Garnacha, Tempranillo and Small percentage of Syrah grapes that have been grown in our own vineyards. The soil consists of a mixture of clay and sand with a high concentration of limestone and many small stones. The stones help to retain the moisture in the soil during the long dry summer season. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast. Drama is aged 10-11 months in barrels of American and French oak and 2months in bottle before its release.

| Vinification | Only the highest quality grapes are selected from our own vineyards. Hand harvested grapes are fermented with natural yeast. The wine is aged in American and French oak for 10-11 months. After bottling, the wine is allowed to rest for two months before release. |
