Hand-selected grapes are soft pressed to extract the juice.
The wine has a clear, greenish-golden appearance with aromas of tropical fruit, passion fruit, jasmine and orange blossom. On the palate, this well-balanced wine offers fresh, banana, citrus and apple fruity flavors.

For generations, winemaker Piniero Correz's family has cultivated grapes on small plots of land in the Rias Baixas region. Later, in 2002, he founded Adegas Gran Vinum to carry on the family style. Over the years, the winery has participated in tastings for wine guides and professional magazines and has received high praise.
The vineyards are located on a hillside overlooking the Umia River and the Ria de Arosa near Cambados in the Pontevedra province of Galicia, Spain. 8 acres of their own vineyards, they also work with 30 small producers spread throughout the Val do Sarnes sub-region. Under the guidance of a technical department that ensures that the typical aromas, ripeness, and flavors of Albariño are maintained, we guarantee a contract tied to quality and the best possible care for the vineyards. The vineyards are planted high off the ground in granitic sandy soils to ensure good exposure to the sun, and the harvest is carried out after each plot has been thoroughly controlled and analyzed for ripeness.
